I have a double experience , alternately in operations in key positions and in consulting mainly in charge of transformation projects.

In consulting, I have participated in more than 50 projects within the largest companies in almost all sectors of activity in almost all areas of expertise.

​

In Business development, I participated in more than 15 calls for tenders of more than 100 up to 800 million euros in contract value.

​

In the field of  purchases , I participated in the restructuring of more than 12 plants  all for multinationals (organization, process and IS) and myself led a purchasing center of 120 buyers spread over 12 countries .

​

More than half of these missions or positions took place in an international context . I worked for several years in the UK, US, several weeks at regular intervals on site in Japan, China, South Korea and Western European countries.

​

I draw from this choice of career orientation, a very great richness, acquired through multiple managerial situations, most of the time in a post-merger context, which I had to manage personally or to advise.

​

I have a passion for the management of organizations, the optimization of human capital.

​

At present, I dedicate my experience and expertise acquired within the most prestigious companies on the market, to large ETIs to better and more quickly manage their post-merger operations,  but also  lead steering committees and federate management teams .

​

I would also be an ideal administrator given the diversity of my dual experience in France and abroad.
